There is an updated happiness patch available that adds considerations for planetary conditions. The download can be found HERE.

I've posted a small data file patch containing a preview of the new happiness system as I first discussed in the Balance Mod forum thread on population happiness HERE. The download and details can be found HERE.

I've resumed work on the mod after what was to be a short hiatus grew into a couple of months of inactivity. The focus is on finishing the v1.19i beta for its proper release. I'm looking to make a somewhat significant change to how happiness is influenced by an empire's government type.
